What are your standard delivery times for heavy building materials?
Standard delivery for heavy materials like bricks, timber, and cement typically takes 3-5 working days. For bulk orders, we utilize crane-arm (HIAB) vehicles, and our team will contact you to coordinate a specific drop-off point at your site.
Do you offer trade discounts for professional contractors?
Yes, we offer exclusive trade accounts for industry professionals. Registered trade members receive volume-based discounts, flexible credit terms, and a dedicated account manager to assist with project quotes.
What is your return policy on over-ordered supplies?
We accept returns on most standard items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in resalable condition and original packaging. Please note that perishable goods like opened bags of plaster or cement, and custom-cut timber, are non-returnable.
Can I request a specific delivery time for my construction site?
While we cannot guarantee an exact minute, we offer AM/PM delivery slots. You can specify your preference during checkout, and our driver will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival to ensure the site is ready.
Are your timber products sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. BuildersMerchant is committed to environmental responsibility. All our timber products are FSC or PEFC certified, ensuring they originate from responsibly managed forests.
What payment methods do you accept?
